Mat Tazam death, while his eldest son, Nur Fazkriah, 13, was seriously injured when the motorcycle they boarded a way to SMK Baging, hit by a Perodua Myvi, about 7am.
His wife, Maimunah Mahmud, 30, said her youngest son to behave strangely and hugging her tightly in the morning before the incident.
He said shortly after her husband and son out of the house on the Snake River, he heard news of the accident the two.
"As usual, the husband out about 6:30 am to deliver Fazkriah to school. However, my youngest child whining a little bit odd when she hugged her tightly. Not long after her husband and son out of the house, nephew told the incident.
"Up to the scene, I noticed he had died, while the boy had suffered serious injuries including a broken right leg. Shown no direct changes late husband until morning," he said at the mortuary compound Tengku Ampuan Afzan, here, today.
Maimunah said he is lost depends upon husband who works as a security guard, died.
"We have four children of a marriage over 10 years. He had just turned three work days. I was not working and will stay with the mother in the Snake River, "he said.
Kuantan district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Yusoff Physical confirmed the incident when contacted and further investigation is underway.
In a separate incident, a sixth died on the way from his home in Taman Impian Jengka Jengka headed to SMK Jalan Hospital Centre, Bandar Tun Abdul Razak Jengka, yesterday morning.

Students involved, Winehouse Nabilah Abdul Malik, 18, died at the scene after being hit by a motorcycle ditungganginya Nissan Grand Livina from behind.
His father, Abdul Malik Shafee, 62, said he usually sent the youngest of seven siblings to school by car, but on the day of the incident, her son had to go personally to the school.
"He would come home late because I deal with school and can not get it because of work.
"However, I was surprised when his friend to know my son had an accident. New this morning (yesterday) I met him before going to school, " he said.
Neighbors, Mahani Ming, 43, said the victim's mother, Rohana Aziz, 53, could tell late last moments before death.
He said that last night, late not only quieter than usual, but also ask for the house with no one to help her mother said later.
